Before you can use those tips, keep in mind that anti spam software is just a tool, the real defend is you. Yes, you are (actually) the real anti spam system, because human have brain and intuition, machine did not. Again, I wrote some points on how to defend your self from spam emails. It’s not too hard to do that, make sure you use server side anti-spam filter, that is using IMAP. Carefully use your primary email account and create secondary email account will also help. If you are now still using Outlook, try to look better software, in many cases, web based mail client is better.
