Search Engine become the first place for people to find something, to browse something or in extreme way, find out what is somebody else can not find out. This popularity makes most webmaster and website owners spin their head and find the way to gain best position that is first position in search engine.
This effort know as SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
To win the battle, especially in the Google battle field. There is only two rules to follow when creating a website, i.e: Onpage and Offpage Optimization.
Onpage Optimization is an effort to produce a webpage that follow what a spider (crawler) need. Most crawler is a text based web browser. If you are Windows or Mac users, you won’t find any of text based web browser. But for linux users, there is linx and links text based web browser.
This kind of web browser (text based) can not parse image and of course since the spider (crawler) is work in server side, they can not run javascript or any client side script.
Offpage Optimization, in simple way, you have to get as much as possible vote (backlinks) from another sites. It’s still questionable about the backlinks criteria, but in general try to get backlinks from a high ranked page (Google PageRank [PR]) and from the similar theme sites.
After you do those two kind optimizations, I’m sure that your sites will get good SERP (Search Engine Result Page) position. Although it look like so simple doing SEO, but for webmaster with minimum skill on coding and knowledge will suffered. It is recommended when you have little knowledge on web publishing and coding, you leave SEO works on trustful company. By doing that, you can focus on the content of the website.
